Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, the usual meeting arrangements are subject to change. Please contact the Secretary for the most up-to-date information.
The 1.5m rule applies to meetings. To enable us to follow this, there is a limit of 35 brethren at meetings. All brethren are required to wear masks and gloves. The festive board is cancelled except for Installation and 1st Degrees, where numbers are limited, so please ensure you respond promptly to the Summons. Any Officer or Member is free to decide not to attend meetings, but if you are an Officer we’d appreciate that you communicate this to the Secretary in advance so alternative arrangements can be made.
Voting for Master and other Officers will take place at the Emergency September meeting. Arrangements will be made for members who wish to vote but who will not be at the meeting.
